Submission Pack
As part of the notification process, residents deemed by the Environmental Protection Agency to be “ an owner or occupier of land that is either within the boundaries of or adjacent to land to which the application relates” recently received a package of documents.
Inside the package is:
- a letter from the EPA (1 page, PDF 2MB)
- the formal Notice of Requirement
- an Information sheet “How to have your say”
- a Submission form
- a copy of the Non-Technical Summary printed on very nice paper.
Also included is information about the Friend of Submitters who is appointed to help submitters negotiate the technical process of making an RMA submission.
